Readings Booking & Refund Policy

About readings
Readings are live video calls, 15, 30 or 60 minutes long, held on Google Meet and offered by Sacred Mystery Teachings LLC. They are a reflective, spiritual practice for personal growth. They are not medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice or treatment, and they don't predict the future. You must be 18 or older to book.
Booking and payment
You book through Cal.com and pay in full by card when you book. Card payments are handled by Stripe. Readings must be booked at least 24 hours ahead. All times are Mountain Time (Utah).
Prices (US dollars):
- 15-minute reading: $33. It does not include a follow-up question by email.
- 30-minute reading: $55. It does not include a follow-up question by email.
- 60-minute deeper reading: $100. This includes a photo of your spread, a short written summary, and one follow-up question by email about your reading, which you can send within 7 days after your reading. Sending a follow-up question doesn't change your refund rights.
A "follow-up question" is the email question included with a 60-minute reading. A "follow-up session" is the free 30-minute call offered if a later reading didn't feel helpful (see below).
Changing or cancelling
- 24 hours or more before your reading: choose a full refund of the amount you paid, or a free reschedule.
- Less than 24 hours before: no refund, but you can use your free reschedule.
Running late or missing your reading
- If you're running late, your reading still ends at its scheduled time.
- If you're more than 15 minutes late, it counts as a missed reading.
- If you miss a reading, you can use your free reschedule. After that, missed readings aren't refunded, and you're welcome to book again.
Free reschedules
Each booking includes one free reschedule for changes on your side. After that, rescheduling is at my discretion. A reschedule needed because I cancel or have a problem on my end doesn't use it. A connection problem on your end gets one free reschedule per booking.
If I cancel or there's a tech problem
If I need to cancel, or the problem is on my end, you choose a full refund of the amount you paid, or a free reschedule.
If a reading doesn't feel helpful
- Your first reading (one per person): if it didn't feel helpful, tell me within 7 days after your reading and I'll give you a full refund of the amount you paid, no questions asked.
- Later readings: if one didn't feel helpful, tell me within 7 days after your reading and I'll offer you a free follow-up session. To book it, reply to your booking email or write to hello@sacredmysteryteachings.com, and I'll send you a link. You have 30 days after I send the link to book it.
- Except as described in this policy, readings can't be refunded once they've taken place. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under Utah or federal law.
Your wellbeing comes first
If a reading becomes too much, I may gently pause or end it and point you toward support. If I end a reading early, you'll get a full refund of the amount you paid automatically. If you're in crisis, call or text 988 or chat at 988lifeline.org (US). If you're in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number.
How to ask for a refund or change
Reply to your booking confirmation email, or write to hello@sacredmysteryteachings.com. I usually reply within 1 business day (Monday to Friday).
When refunds arrive
I usually send refunds within 2 business days, back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few more days to show it. If anything seems wrong with a charge, please write to me first so I can fix it quickly.
